This resource deck is created by team Now&Me with our In-House Psychologist Shaifila Ladhani. This is NOT a replacement for professional help and care but with this guidebook, our aim is to help you understand your feelings and find some temporary relief. We have tried to keep this very brief and easy to read, which is why sometimes, nuances can get missed out. We are constantly improving on the work we are putting out there and if you have any feedback (good or bad) we would love to hear from you :)

Also, if this does absolutely NOTHING for you, remember, we all deal and feel in our own ways. This is a generalised document. Start with an open mind, maybe the general can find space for subjective in your mind, & if you are looking for more subjective and professional help, we got you.
